Can I bring it to you?

Yes, bring in your computer for the lowest repair cost. We will take your contact information and a brief description of the problem when you come in. A technician will call if we have any questions and to let you know your computer is done. Typically we need to have the computer for two business days.

Can you come to my house or office? 

Yes, our technicians can fix most problems working at your home or office. Call today to schedule an appointment as the schedule can fill up fast each week. In some circumstances we may need to bring it back to our shop for work not appropriate on-site. In that case, we will complete the work and return the computer to your home or office as soon as possible.

What if it is a hardware problem?

We can repair many hardware issues in our shop but you will normally need to leave the computer with us. Based on the age and condition of the computer we will recommend the most cost effective options to get it repaired. We may even tell you it is time to simply buy a new computer. Either way, our goal is to have you back up and running with the least interruption. 

When will my PC be ready?

We work from a queue so your computer is in line for the next available technician. Most repairs take a minimum of two business days. We will attempt to keep you informed if there are delays. You can expect a call when the repairs are complete.

When is the best time to get my PC fixed?

The best time to bring the computer in is before you will be away or otherwise not needing the computer. Let us know when you will return and we will make every effort to have it ready and waiting upon your return.

How much will this cost?

For a typical virus removal and cleanup you will be billed 1 - 2 hours at our current hourly rate.
